Support Desk Analyst (Level 1/2)


Location: Telford (office-based with some home working)
Salary: £30,000
Hours: 08:30 – 17:00, Monday to Friday (flexible working supported)


Join a growing Customer Success team in a well-established software business


We’re looking for a Support Desk Analyst to join our Customer Success team in Telford. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with experience in a help desk or customer service environment who wants to build their technical skills and develop into Level 2 support.


You’ll be joining a small, friendly team within a successful, award-winning software company with over 20 years of heritage. We pride ourselves on delivering excellent service and building long-term relationships with our customers.


What you’ll be doing


  • Providing first and second line support to our customers 
  • Logging, investigating and resolving support queries 
  • Escalating more complex issues where needed 
  • Working closely with colleagues to ensure a smooth customer experience 
  • Learning and developing your technical knowledge over time 
  • Following internal processes to maintain high service standards 


About you


You don’t need to know everything on day one, but you should bring:


  • Experience in a software support help desk or customer service role 
  • Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional manner 
  • A genuine interest in developing your technical skills 
  • Good problem-solving ability and attention to detail 
  • A team-focused mindset with a willingness to learn.
